Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to promote and support AI Optimisation Application tools for Mastercam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAM Sales, with at least two years of hands-on experience, and a keen interest in AI applications within Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and toolpath optimization

Location: Pune, India (with travel to industrial towns and cities across India)

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored AI Optimisation Application for Mastercam, that enhances their manufacturing processes.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate reasonable knowledge of CAM Software and CNC Machining process.

Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and functionalities of AI Optimisation Application for Mastercam.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in AI applications within CAM to inform sales strategies and product development

Travel Requirements: Engage with clients across various industrial hubs in India, requiring regular travel to cities and towns with significant manufacturing activities.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 2 years working with a CAM Software sales organization, in a professional setting.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.

Technical Skills: Working Knowledge of CAM software, with an understanding of AI applications in CAM and toolpath optimization.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.
