Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Sales & Customer Management:


  • Lead Management: Handling inquiries for the current residential project and upcoming projects through various platforms like real estate portals, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.
  • Telecalling & Cold Calling: Actively following up with potential leads via calls, messages, and emails to convert them into site visits or bookings.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging and convincing customers by providing project information, pricing, and benefits in a professional manner.
  • Pushing for Site Visits: Proactively encouraging potential customers to visit the project site to understand its features and benefits.
  • Presentations & Closures: Conducting site visits and providing project presentations to clients. Guiding them throughout the decision-making process to ensure bookings are finalized.
  • Payment Coordination: Ensuring timely payment from customers by following up on payment schedules and coordinating with the accounts department.

2. Marketing & Promotion Activities:


  • Event Management: Organizing promotional events, property exhibitions, and other on-site activities to attract customers.
  • Portal Listings: Managing and updating project listings on real estate portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
  • Social Media Coordination: Supporting marketing campaigns on social media platforms and increasing brand visibility.

3. Documentation & Coordination:


  • Preparing daily and weekly sales reports, including inquiry status, customer feedback, and bookings.
  • Coordinating with the accounts department for payment follow-ups and receipts.
  • Supporting customers in their home loan application process by coordinating with banks and financial institutions.

4. Market Research:


  • Conducting market research to understand current real estate trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming developments in the area.
  • Providing insights and recommendations for improving project positioning and sales strategies.


Skills Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
