Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage global sales activities for our cloud products and services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling IT software and services, with additional cloud sales experience being a strong advantage. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on target achievement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies for cloud products and services in global markets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of cloud solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and negotiate contract terms to close deals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our cloud offerings and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report on progress, challenges, and sales forecasts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.
  • Participate in relevant industry events and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Mandatory: Proven experience in selling IT software and services.
  • Preferred: Experience in cloud sales (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and how they address customer needs.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality proposals and present solutions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT software and services sales, with a strong focus on cloud products and services.

Experience in global sales or working with international clients is highly desirable.
