Urgent requirement - GM/Director Tech Services Sales.
Location: Chennai.
- As the Tech Services Sales Person, your role as a hunter is to drive robust business growth for US (North America) markets for innovative technology solutions and services.
- You are required to Identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and leverage your in-depth industry knowledge to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities.
- Key emphasis of a hunter mindset lies in the acquisition of new customers / clients, driven by a proactive and determined approach.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Identify and target potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in IT/Tech services.
- Should have experience with 70% in a Business Development role and 30% in a Key Account Management (KAM) role.
Qualifications and Experience:.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, sales or marketing would be a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the Tech/IT services industry.
- Extensive experience selling Tech/IT services in the North American market, with a successful track record of previous experience in handling $1 million per year.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
