Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Accounting & Finance to lead the India division of Future Perfect Global Company Limited, Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end accounting and taxation operations. You will oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and team leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our international clients. Excellent communication and team management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of accounting and finance professionals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development.

2. Accounting Operations:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Implement robust internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

3. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

• Manage end-to-end taxation processes, including tax planning, compliance, and filing for both Indian and Hong Kong statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
• Stay current with changes in tax regulations and proactively adjust internal processes accordingly.

4. Financial Strategy & Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance, risk assessment, and operational improvements for senior management.

5. Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary liaison for key clients regarding accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, addressing their needs and proactively resolving any issues.

6. Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize accounting and financial processes through automation and technology.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement ERP systems and financial software enhancements that improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Drive initiatives for cross-border accounting improvements and process standardization.

7. Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• Lead the strategic planning process for the India division, aligning financial objectives with overall business goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial policies, procedures, and system configurations.
• Provide periodic updates to senior management on financial performance, operational risks, and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are highly preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with international clients and manage cross-border financial operations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards in both India and Hong Kong.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with digital financial tools and process automation solutions.
