Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Diploma Engineer with a strong mechanical/technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and application of hygiene and equipment solutions in the poultry, livestock & Aqua industry. This role involves frequent travel, hands-on equipment work, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist global team and perform the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PPLA systems and Huvematic technology for enzyme applications in South East Asia operations.
• Conduct technical training sessions and provide product demonstrations for customers.
• Perform site inspections and ensure correct equipment setup and operational efficiency.
• Support biosecurity and hygiene product applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to gather business insights and generate reports for strategic improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols during equipment installation and maintenance.
• Provide after-sales technical support and address customer queries efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or field applications.
• Able to understand new technology and process
• Able to speak and understand English & Hindi).
• Good understanding of using email, Outlook, MS office
• Good communication and public speaking abilities for training and demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel extensively (Minimum 12 days/month) across India and neighbouring countries.

Desirable Experience:

• Prior work in equipment maintenance, installation, presentation skills or technical marketing.
• Experience in poultry, agriculture, or biosecurity-related industries.
