Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resource Recruiter to join our team in the Mumbai Suburban region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5-7 years in talent acquisition and HR operations, with specific experience in the Engineering, Construction, or Iron & Steel industries. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively source top talent, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to employee management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates based on organizational requirements, utilizing various recruitment platforms, networks, and strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Oversee employee management activities, including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Handle HR operations, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong background of working in Engineering, Construction, or Iron & Steel industries.
• Competent IT Skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Familiarity with HR operations, employee management, and industry-specific hiring trends.
• Willingness to work in the Mumbai Suburban region.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
