Job Description

Responsible for disassembling, troubleshoot and reassemble PET/Closure cold halves and PET/closure Hot runners and Multi-Layer hot runners.Ensure conformance with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassembly and Reassembly of beverage packaging tools, including old generations
• Discipline to execute precise documentation for each customer incoming tool
• Ability to detect and solve mechanical / electrical issues
• Execute heat tests on all type of hot runners
• Work closely together with project engineering, hot seat engineering and NC coordination to actively move forward on problem solving.
• Technical /Professional Knowledge, skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of 5S and GD&T standards
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical and electrical knowledge is a must)
• Minimum of 2 years work experience gained in an industrial environment
• Self-initiative, high personal integrity, strong reliability and who enjoy teamwork in a challenging environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma in mechanical Engineering (DME) / Tool and Die Making with experience in Dies and Mold assembly
