Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer (as the Senior Manager / Associate Director) he/she will lead and oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective digital learning solutions. Your role involves managing a team of skilled instructional designers, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the development of learner-centric content. Your deep understanding of instructional design principles, industry best practices, and emerging educational technologies will be crucial in executing various projects for our clients.
What will your day look like:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, learning objectives, and target audience.
- Develop instructional design strategies that align with client needs and industry standards.
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital learning content, including eLearning modules, simulations, microlearning, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Ensure content is pedagogically sound, visually appealing, and adheres to copyright and accessibility standards.
- Define quality criteria for deliverables to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
- Perform systematic RCA & CAPA checks and reviews to maintain high work standards.
- Use client and team feedback to refine processes and improve quality.
- Foster continuous learning and development within the team.
- Develop leadership skills in project leads and managers.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
- Promote a positive attitude towards challenges and learning from failures.
- Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust.
- Create an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify client renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure ZERO defect deliverables.
- Proactively address client concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience and drive client retention.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation across projects to maximize utilization.
- Monitor and improve resource usage, identifying areas for increased efficiency.
- Apply lean methodologies to streamline operations and reduce bottlenecks.
- Create standard operating procedures for tasks to increase efficiency.
