Job Description:
We are looking for a Trainee Instructional Designer to assist in designing and developing engaging learning content. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, content creation, and e-learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and structuring content based on instructional design principles.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning materials for digital courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging content.
• Ensure content is learner-centric, interactive, and accessible.
• Work with authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, or other e-learning platforms.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.

Required Skills:

• Strong writing and content structuring skills.
• Basic understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools (preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in content development.
