Job Title: Team Leader - Talent Acquisition
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT and Non-IT Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days (2 Saturday , 3 Saturday- Off)
Role Overview:
- As a Team Leader in Talent Acquisition, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals to identify, engage, and onboard top talent for various technical and non-technical roles.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing effective hiring strategies to ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment processes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve team capabilities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for both IT and Non-IT hiring needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring projections.
- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business goals.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and offer management.
- Use both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse talent pools.
- Manage the selection process for senior and specialized roles.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate pipeline health.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company values.
- Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and improve time-to-fill metrics.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, talent pools, and industry standards in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Identify emerging recruitment challenges and proactively devise solutions.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to both IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team and achieving recruitment goals.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape (e.g., software engineers, developers, data scientists, IT support).
- Familiarity with Non-IT recruitment (e.g., sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, legal).
Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
Process-Oriented:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies.
Results-Driven:
- Ability to manage high volumes of recruitment and deliver results within set timelines.
- Experience in improving recruitment efficiency, cost-per-hire, and other key performance metrics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, including staffing agencies.
