Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Job Description:

- Review and finalisation of Financial Statements as per Ind-AS and the Company's Accounting Policies.

- Review and finalisation of Financial Results as per SEBI (LODR) on a quarterly basis.

- Finalize the Trial Balance and Ledger Scrutiny and review them at the end of the month.

- Regulatory Compliances to NHB/ORMIS portal within defined timelines (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Returns).

- Managing Audits and Assessments - Statutory, Internal, Regulatory and Tax.

- Financial Controllership through tracking expenses and analysis.

- Design and implement process improvements to streamline various business processes and models.
