Tech Lead - Full Stack Development (8-11 yrs)

Job description/Core Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and trouble-shoot scalable and reusable software systems : 3-tier and Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems

- Proven experience in Software design skills. Architecting small/large-scale solutions.

- Design & Review proposed solutions with Architects Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Software Product

- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

- Design specifications and effort estimates.

- Actively support configuration management of code and software Support detailed documentation of systems and features

- Act as liaison between external vendors and internal product, business, engineering, and design teams

- Actively participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews as part of the development life cycles and change management

- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings

- Create and manage Linux Shell scripts.

- Develop and implement microservices.

- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.

- Participate in Agile/SAFe methodologies and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Required skills :

- Total 8+ year of exp in Full stack Java development.

- Minimum 4 Years in Springboot/micro service architecture.

- Minimum 2 years of development in Angular.

- Java 13 (Strong) Mandatory.

- Spring/Springboot/ Microservices (Strong) Mandatory.

- Angular - Strong - Mandatory.

- Database SQL (Strong) Mandatory.

- JavaScript/JQuery (Strong) Mandatory.

- DevOps (good).

- Docker based deployments, Git (Good) Mandatory.

- AWS Cloud is preferred.

- Coding best practice strong code review guidelines (Very strong) with coding hands on.

- Application Performance optimization (Strong).

- REST/ SOAP API Design, concept & implementation.

- Design patterns.

- Communication.

- Exposure to Jira and agile way of working- (good).
