Manager - Export Sales - Packaging Industry

Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will specifically focus on exports business and ensure that requirements of the business is fully serviced

- Efficient in understanding the business plan thereby driving the cross-functional team towards achieving the annual target

- Prior experience in driving the business in the International market

- Proven ability to capitalize on the potential of the existing customers and maximize internal share of business.

- Understanding of the costing structure & process

- Proven track record to create a strategy for new customer acquisition

- Thorough knowledge on the existing international market scenario to develop strategies which will aid in increasing the profit margins

- Liaise & co-ordinate with internal functions & external customers to meet the requirements/needs

- Conducting competitor's analysis by keeping knowledge of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Provide after sales service for all technical/machine related / structure related issues
