Job Summary:
The General Manager - Regional Marketing Lead (Distribution for Mobile) will oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives to optimize the distribution network for mobile products across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for mobile distribution channels, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead the execution of regional campaigns to support product launches and sales targets.
Channel and Distribution Management:
- Optimize the distribution network to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Monitor distributor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
Brand and Product Marketing:
- Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement across the region.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize campaigns for regional markets.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities at the retail and distributor levels.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, including market share, sales growth, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior leadership, recommending actionable strategies.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize distribution and marketing investments.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing and distribution professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- 50 % travel time is required in the Region
