Head/Global Lead - Information Technology (6-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Cybersecurity Strategy & Risk Management:

- Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and AI policies.

- IT Infrastructure and Integration:

- Establish secure VPNs for global workforce access.

- Optimize and secure the technology stack and offline data storage.

- Ensure seamless data transfers between various business units.

IT Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee the transition from outsourced to in-house IT services.

Team Building and Vendor Management:

- Build and mentor an in-house IT team.

- Manage relationships with external vendors for cost-effective solutions.

Cloud and Network Security:

- Evaluate and improve cloud and network security architecture.

- Conduct regular penetration testing and address data security vulnerabilities.

Compliance and Incident Response:

- Ensure compliance with international cybersecurity laws and standards.

- Develop and maintain incident response plans.

Key Deliverables:

- Establish secure VPNs operational globally within 90 days.

- Conduct an IT infrastructure gap assessment and develop a remediation plan within six months.

- Implement and test the incident response plan within the first year.

- Achieve full compliance with global cybersecurity regulations within two years.

- Demonstrate tangible improvements in data security, employee productivity, and IT system integration.
