Responsibilities :
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center, Web Channel, etc.) according to client requirements and best practices.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Perform system testing and ensure data integrity.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Analyze client CRM business processes and identify areas for improvement through SAP CRM solutions.
- Design and document business process flows and functional requirements.
- Recommend and implement best practices for SAP CRM configuration and customization.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their CRM needs and providing expert advice.
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Diagnose and resolve complex SAP CRM issues and errors.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client problems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Escalate issues to senior consultants or support teams as needed.
- Design and implement data migration and integration strategies for SAP CRM.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain interfaces with external systems.
- Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards using SAP CRM reporting tools.
- Analyze CRM data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Develop custom enhancements and extensions to SAP CRM using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
- Implement user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements to meet specific client requirements.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM technologies and trends.
- Develop project plans and timelines.
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
Technical Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Consultant.
- Deep understanding of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.
- Experience with SAP CRM implementation methodologies (e.g, ASAP, Agile).
- Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and best practices.
- Experience with data migration and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP CRM certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP C/4HANA (Customer Experience Suite).
- Experience with SAP Fiori and user experience design.
- Experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
- Experience with ABAP development and debugging.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and analytics
