Role Summary:
Responsible to run the machine as per given target and with available resources. Waste percentage should as per given target. To follow all safety norms. He has to review machine health condition and raise the concern if any deviation. Fulfil and understand the customer requirement.



Roles and Responsibility:
1To ensure work on Lamination machines(Solventless/ Solvent base/ Cold seal) with all safety norms as per company policy2Responsible for machine health and safety, not to bypass any system while running the machine3Responsible for machine JCO, productivity and plan achievements4Responsible for wastages and it should be within the given target5To ensure the defect free outputs6Responsible to fill all logbook updating, system entries and input output calculations of the shift7Responsible to run the job as per JSS requirements8Should participate any departmental activities on different occasions9He should be well aware of trouble shooting on machines 10Responsible to complete the job plan and there should be no shortfall11Responsible for packing of balance RM rolls and output rolls and no weight difference in this12To ensure to work on machine with PPEs and also ensure to work his subordinates work with PPE'S13Responsible to study the job before run and sign the JSS to ensure that all parameters are align with JSS14He should know the Customer complaints and actions at least related to lamination15Should participate company trainings 16Responsible for machine area upkeep and cleanliness 17should have basic knowledge in QMS, Food safety and BRC and apply knowledge during working 18Responsible for all work as per sop of Job completion and line clearance19Responsible to maintain all machine accessories 20 Must be interested to get him involved in TPM activities.
