Role Summary:

We offer an opportunity to join a team of professionals in a dynamic and global business with operations around the world. Being part of West Region sales team, main purpose of this role is to meet and exceed the organization's sales targets, marketing targets, strategic planning and innovation agenda across the different industries while ensuring great customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Management:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Huhtamaki's market share in the region.

- Oversee and manage a team of two sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

2. Key Account Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients within the region.

- Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet clients' needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. New Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the region.

- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and ensure successful product launches and promotions.

- Engage with regional and global teams to share insights, best practices, and market feedback.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business practices.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Key Deliverables:

1. Revenue Growth:

- Achieve and exceed the revenue targets set for the region (80-100 Cr).

- Increase market share and contribute to overall regional sales growth.

2. Customer Satisfaction:

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and responsive service.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.

3. New Business Acquisition:

- Successfully identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding Huhtamaki's client base and market presence.

- Generate and convert leads into profitable sales.

4. Market Insights:

- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to drive product and strategy adjustments.

- Identify and act on emerging trends and opportunities in the Domestic market.
