Summary: Team Lead with 8-12 years of experience in VOIP application development experience for commerical call/contact center solutions.
Should have experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in network design, implementation, and maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to ensure stable and timely delivery of product.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud based call handling module using SIP, media server (such as Asterisk,FreeSwitch), webRTC, etc.
Experience with programming languages such as Python/NodeJS and LUA.
Familrity with AWS/Azure ecosystem, Kubernetes, REST APIs
Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with product managers to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the development process. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualification Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including VoIP, SIP, MPLS, and wireless technologies. Hands-on experience in client or server-side development, with a solid understanding of IMS/VoIP/SIP, RTP, and RTCP protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms. Skilled in multi-threaded programming, STL (Standard Template Library), various design patterns, and experienced in low-level system design, system calls, and system re-architecture. Responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and ensuring the successful deployment of the application server.
