Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of VRV/VRF HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HVAC system installations, specifically VRV/VRF technology, with a proven ability to handle complex projects, deliver results on time, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  
• Lead the end-to-end execution of VRV/VRF projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with the clients requirements and specifications.
• Oversee all phases of the project, including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Team Management:
  
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all team members are well-trained and equipped with the necessary resources for the successful delivery of the project.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Budget and Cost Control:
  
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Track expenses, review change orders, and approve payments in accordance with project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or timelines.
• Risk Management:
  
• Identify potential risks and issues that may arise during project execution and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Apply deep technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems to guide the project team through challenges related to system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure all installations, tests, and quality checks meet both client and company standards.
• Review and approve the final commissioning of the VRV/VRF systems before handover.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC industry, with a focus on VRV/VRF systems.
• Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or residential HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy-efficient technologies.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional teams.
