Job Purpose: The main role of a Sales Associate will be - sourcing, purchasing, and trading with commercial aircraft parts. Establish positive and long-term sales relationships with customers while performing directed activities designed to achieve sales and revenue. Duties and responsibilities: Primary responsibility:
Grow customer relationships with identified airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Analyze customer requirements and RFQs (Request for Quotes), create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate prices within company pricing guidelines.
Assist with answering all calls and quote stock items at fair market value as per the set pricing.
Identify trading opportunities that require repair/overhaul investment to maximize financial returns.
Process all sales orders, quotes, and drop ships.
Secondary responsibility:
Represent the company through trade shows, phone calls, emails, and participation in industry organizations as requested.
Maintain and develop long-term beneficial relationships with current and potential customers.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50%
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales and experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
