NFR Tester

About the Role:

We are looking for a Non-Functional Requirement Tester with minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing or a related role.

Requirements:

• Designing, executing and analyzing performance tests to identify, address potential bottlenecks and ensure the system operates efficiently under various conditions.
• Ensuring that the system meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Strong focus on performance testing in developing a comprehensive Community Information System.
• Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing.
• Proficient in analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to capture performance metrics for example Grafana, Prometheus and New Relic.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar for test automation.
• the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into the development lifecycle.
• Relevant certifications in performance testing or quality assurance are a plus.
