Senior Performance TesterMore than 5 years experience in performance testing. Should have good working experience in jMeter and Blazemeter tool.Should be able to communicate with clients clearly starting from requirement gathering phase to project completion. Should have good experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously.Performance test planning and design:Identify performance requirements and metrics (response time, throughput, resource utilization).Ability to write performance test cases based the requirements.Develop test strategies/plans and scenarios based on user behavior and expected load.Create workload model for test execution.Create detailed test scripts and data sets for performance testing.Test execution and monitoring:Set up test environments and configure performance testing tools.Execute performance tests like load testing, stress testing, soak testing, and spike testing.Monitor system performance metrics during test execution (CPU usage, memory utilization, network bandwidth).Analysis and reporting:Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Generate comprehensive performance test reports with detailed insights and recommendations.Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot performance issues and implement fixes.Performance optimization:Work with developers to optimize code and database queries to enhance application performance.Suggest architectural changes or scaling solutions to improve system scalability.Technical skills:Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)Experience in test management tools like (Testrail) and defect management tool (Jira)Understanding of programming languages (Java, .NET)Knowledge of database concepts and performance tuning techniquesAbility to manage end to end performance testing of a projectFamiliarity with network protocols and monitoring toolsSoft skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills to collaborate with development and QA teamsAbility to interpret complex performance data and present findings effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureAbility to proactively raise issue/concerns and escalate at the right time3 must havesPerformance testing 4/5Jmeter 4/5Blazemeter 3/5
