About the Role:

We are seeking a Duck Creek Claims V12 Developer with minimum 7 to 11 years of experience to join our Banking and Financial Services team.

Requirements:

• Experience in Configuring and enhancing Duck Creek Claims to effectively manage the claims lifecycle.
• Implementing business rules, workflows and approval processes for claims management.
• Developing integrations for claims data exchange with external systems such as third-party adjusters.
• Proficient in addressing claims defects and implement solutions for production issues.
• Expertise in test and validate changes in claims workflows and system rules.
• Work closely with claims adjusters to ensure system usability.
• Staying updated on Duck Creek Claims enhancements and implement upgrades as needed.
