JOB TITLE: Sr. Manager/AVP - Claims LSR (Legal, Miscellaneous, Sports-Media, Bankers Indemnity)

JD FOR SR. MANAGER/AVP - CLAIMS

Position / Business Accountability:

• Claim Handling: Assisting clients with claim intimation and processes involved from intimation to settlement.
• Support to regions with respect to Liability Claims.
• Reviewing and Analyzing claim notifications.
• Advising clients on coverage of claims under the Policies.
• Monitoring the progress of the claims.
• Coordinating loss adjustment activities/ claims investigations by the Insurers.
• Involving in legal discussions on the claims/ claims settlement.
• Expediting claims settlement process
• Building effective relationship with Insurers, Loss Adjustors, Clients, Legal and claims professional.
• Claims information support at the time of renewal (for proposal forms) of existing clients.

Education & Experience:
• Claims handling with experience with 5-8 years in insurance domain.
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
• Lawyers preferred.
