Hiring For International voice - US Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have work experience in International Markets.
• Should have good knowledge on the HR ticketing tools.
• Experience in handling HR help desk (Payroll, Benefits)
• Password handling, account reset, email Do's and Dont's, handling employees personal information.
• Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/ Diploma
• 1- 4 years in International customer support.
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Location - Chennai (Work from Office)
• Knowledge and understanding of providing customer service
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
