• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work
• 5+ years of work experience in application engineering/software development
• Strong Experience with Front-end Development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong Experience with backend technologies including NodeJS, ExpressJS, npm, JavaScript
• Strong Experience working in database environments like SQLite, Postgres, SQLServer, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment along with tools like Github Projects, Jira, Rally, etc.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript event loop, concurrency and async/await concepts
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures and Web Standards
• Experience with developing RESTful web services
• Experience with Linux, Scripting, and Bash

Desired Experience:

• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Knowledge of API tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Experience in testing methodologies, software testing principles and test management tools
• Experience with Application Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace etc)
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployments (Jenkins/Github Actions)
• Experience with enterprise security Including Auth0/Okta, Encryption, and Firewalls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
• Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary
