Position Description / Requirements:

Report Development and Visualization

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Create visualizations that present complex data insights in a clear, actionable format
• Customize visuals and use Power BI custom visuals when necessary
• Implement drill-downs, tooltips, bookmarks, and filters for better data exploration
• Use storytelling techniques in reports to make them engaging and intuitive

Performance Optimization

• Apply performance best practices, such as minimizing the use of calculated columns
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex reports
• Use Power BIs Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio for in-depth performance analysis

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with onshore teams to understand report requirements and objectives
• Document and communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively
• Implement feedback from stakeholders and end-users for iterative report improvements
