Job Description
We are seeking a Network Engineer with over 7 years of experience in enhancing network architecture across Service Provider environments. The role requires expertise in 24/7 monitoring, problem resolution, optimization of LAN, WAN and Unified Communications systems.
Requirements:
- Proficient in leading and troubleshooting the complex network architectures.
- Experience in advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- Good understanding of advanced network monitoring tools.
- Relevant certifications in network technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, F5 BIG-IP and Aruba are preferred.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Experience in working with third party vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for IT service management and best practices.
