- Network monitoring and optimization. Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issue and resolve issue.Perform health check and make sure network is good.
- Skills: Total view or similar Network monitoring system (NMS)
- Voice: Troubleshoot with VoIP and unified communications such as Cisco on-premise and RingCentral (Cloud)Troubleshoot POTS line issues with vendor (Supplier).
- Skills: Cisco UC, RingCentral .
- Vendor management: Work with various vendors such as ISP, supplier, onsite contractors to resolve issues.
- Documentations: Create and maintain network documentation such as SOPs. Ensure documentation is up to date and reelects the current state of the network infrastructure.
