Network Operations Center Lead - Juniper/Palo Alto Firewall (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.

Good to have - CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications

Experience :

- Entry-level experience in network operations or a related field.

Skills :

- Basic knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN, and Access points.

- Ability to work flexible hours & work well under pressure.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network errors.

- Track and document network issues.

- Compile incident reports.

- Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers.
