- Prospecting and Hunting: Identify and target potential clients, conduct in-depth research, and generate leads.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Present our Shine solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value and addressing their specific needs.
- Deal Closure: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring smooth and successful negotiation and contract signing.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in selling Enterprise SaaS solutions at CXO or senior levels.
- Sales Skills: Strong hunting skills with a go-getter attitude, excellent prospecting, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Startup Experience: Preferably from early startups, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
