Role & responsibilities

• Experience in fire and safety products and services.
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the

prospective clients business and equipment needs

• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and

handling orders by phone.

• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain

up-to-date on industry news.

• Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing

revenues or improving customer satisfaction

• Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other

external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
