• Roles And Responsibilities Candidates Need To Generate Branch Sales With Architects, Builders, Interior Designers And Direct Customers. To Promote Tiles/ Sanitary Wares/ Bathroom Fitments/ Interior Decoration And Other Associated Products Of The Group.

• Handle Team Of 6 To 10 People In The Assigned Region And Achieve the Sales Targets. Analyze New Marketing Trends And Developing Business Plans To Increase The Sale Volume. Guide The Team And Handle Customers In Respect Of Products Features, Price Finalizing And Various Sales Activities, Achievement Of Sales Targets
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C Sales or Retail Sales with a focus on Team Handling & Branch Handling.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
