Service Resilience Governance/Consultant Specialist

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Expertise in disaster recovery (DR) and service continuity/resiliency planning.
• Cloud & Infrastrusture Resilience Understanding of hybrid cloud, networking, and data center resilience. Knowledge of Aws/GCP/Azure would be an added advantage.
• Language Proficiency Any experience of development work using ServiceNow, JAVA, SQL or REST APIs will be added advantage.
• Service Now Knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform is preferred.
• Incident, Change & Problem Management ITIL-aligned incident handling, Change raise & review, post mortem analysis, and trend identification across various client services.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness Understanding of different controls being managed by ITSOs.
• Vendor & Third-Party Management Working with SaaS, PaaS, and Iaas providers to ensure service resilience.
• Control & KCI Management Ensuring compliance with agreed KCIs or control appetite/tolerance levels.
• Stakeholder Management Liaising with end users, internal IT teams, and business to align on resilience strategies.
• Strategic Thinking & Risk Management Identifying systemic risks across multiple services and implementing resilience best practices. Have analytical and self-driven approach
• Strong Communication & Influence Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Translating technical resilience strategies into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Decision-Making Under Pressure Must be able to confidently hold discussions with managers without getting pressurized. Rapid assessment and mitigation of service disruption in a high-paced environment.
• Shifts Willing to work in rotational shifts (Night shifts are generally not exceeding one week per month)
