We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for hands-on design, build and delivery of new as well as management of Digital and Data technology services.
Responsible for adoption of Industry standard best practices
Responsible for the delivery and rollout of strategic Digital and Data Technology platforms globally, in line with the roadmap agreed with the business.
Build excellent relationships with Product, Product Delivery and Operations teams to help create a one team approach to planning and delivery.
Identifies and removes barriers to success. Always acts in the HSBC s best interests and willing to openly discuss potentially difficult topics.
Promotes and takes accountability for quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions.
Promotes a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity .

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Full stack Engineer with an ability to independently design and build complex solutions, specialized in reusable Front-end development with aesthetic UX design.
Strong hands-on expertise React, HTML, Javascript, React, CSS, Styled Components, Responsive Design, Jest
Hands-on expertise in Java, springboot, API
Strong hand-on expertise in microservices architecture
Working experience in SQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Hands experience of DevOps tooling (e.g Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
Strong implementation knowledge of industry standard design patterns
