Responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales target.
Identify sales opportunities.
Should have a strong network of DSA s in the market from where, Mortgage business can be sourced.
Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network.
Sound knowledge about real estate market and title documents of the property.
Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of Mortgage product and policy.
Having good communication skill.
Having good negotiation skill.
Having awareness and information about the competition.

Requirements

Qualifications - External

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 4-5 years experience in mortgage sales will be preferred.
