We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Operations

Principal responsibilities

• Coordinate with the In-country team of HK on Business As Usual (BAU) Financial Control (FC), Management Information (MI), Saracen key deliveries, Annual Financial Statements and analysis reports.
• Perform month-on-month analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, Saracen reporting &, Annual Financial Statements
• Support and create Tableau dashboards for Asset Management (AM) HK team reporting.
• Partner with in-country teams to fulfil process requirements and enhance FC, MI, and Saracen reporting, especially leading and assisting on projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive change initiatives.
• Enhance internal controls, continuously seek to reengineer local business processes for efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and changes, implement with a view towards streamlining and rationalizing.
• Develop robust documentation of current processes to support staff training and finance team knowledge sharing.
