Job Description
- Working closely with business analyst to understand and implement the requirement
- Documenting technical specifications and development processes
- Providing technical assistance to the team with the build and support
- Providing suggestions for improvements (e.g. security enhancements, monitoring, reporting, etc) to ensure the platform is secure, robust, and scalable
- Implementing and maintaining development and security best practices
- Troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to end users
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and enhancements
- ServiceNow:
- ServiceNow Certifications CSA and CAD
- 5+ Years of ServiceNow hands on experience as Developer
- Experienced in custom application development, workflows, UI components and portals
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and applications (Inbound and outbound both)
- Experience in developing custom applications
- Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and module
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Other Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members
- A team player
- ServiceNow CIS Certification
- Experience of ServiceNow FSO product
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Domain / Business Knowledge of Banking and Finance domain - Cash Equities, Custody, Fund Services etc.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of API integration, REST and SOAP
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communication and collaboration skill
