Job Description
- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales target.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Should have a strong network of DSA s in the market from where, Mortgage business can be sourced.
- Channel Management- To develop and expand the existing channel network.
- Sound knowledge about real estate market and title documents of the property.
- Achieve business objectives and targets through customer acquisition & satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of Mortgage product and policy.
- Having good communication skill.
- Having good negotiation skill.
- Having awareness and information about the competition.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in mortgage sales will be preferred.
