Job Description
- Work with application team and participate in the analysis of the PayOS requirement.
- Participate in the design and development for the application of PayOS.
- Support transforming the current PayOS applications and solution aligning with our elevated Architecture.
- Support the operation of the Global Payments Solutions (GPS).
- Follow internal DevOps principals.
- Coordinating with Dev Leads, ITPMs and Architects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years. Experience in JVM tuning and diagnostic for application troubleshooting and performance-optimization.
- Must have skills - Core java, Spring boot, APIs and Microservices, UNIX shell scripting, REST API, Kafka, Docker, Oracle database SQL.
- Experience in monitoring and observability technologies like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus. Experience in Scheduling tools like Control-M.. Hands-on in SQL.
- Knowledge in Payments business will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and think out of the box .
- Hands on experience on App security, memory management and threading mechanism and maintaining code quality. Hands on experience in fostering a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment.
- Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to enable engineers to develop more productively and with high quality.
- Good communication skills, be able to talk to a variety of stakeholders including senior member
Good to have skills:
- knowledge on Google Cloud, Amazon Webservices or Azure Cloud adoption of large-scale platforms related to Payment s processing.
