We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA.

Work Location: Pune

The role of business analyst is to drive business requirement discussions and finalize scope of work, contributes to e2e solution design and support e2e delivery life cycle of product feature developments for HSBC s Global Wallet Product. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in IT, with hands on experience in business analysis, delivery management in payments domain.
The individual :-

• He/she will engage business product management and various stakeholders to define business requirements and contributes solution designs align with application architecture.
• He/she will work with various technology teams to delivery product features.
• He/she will support and track e2e delivery life cycle, including milestone and budget tracking.
• Should have good knowledge on payments domain.

In this role, you will:

• Drive business requirement analysis discussions with business stakeholders to finalize scope product features
• Engage partner IT teams to formalize scope of enhancements and propose e2e solutions to fulfil business requirements.
  
• Support discussions in adopting appropriate software architecture design and end to end software delivery life cycle.
• Make sure solution designs are resilient, secure, fast, easy to manage, and scalable in modern, dynamic environments such as public cloud.
• Manage e2e cost estimates, demand interlocks, e2e delivery life cycle which includes documentation, support testing, milestone tracking, delivery level budget consumption & tracking etc.
