- Looking for an experienced and ambitious Technology professional who can be part of the startup journey of a growing Temp business in the 0-1 phase and can contribute towards the long-term growth and provide groundbreaking solutions towards the overall growth of the business.
- This is an individual contributor role encompassing client management and delivery.
- Involved in mainly "Contingent Workforce Staffing" & "Contract-to-hire".
- Responsibilities include Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of IT Professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT industry.
- Strategic planning & collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies for the long-term integration of the contractual workforce in the technology roadmap of the client workforce.
- Having Team Handling and Client handling experience.
- Involved in Entry level, Middle level and Senior level technical hiring.
- Getting requirements from the Clients and assigning to the team, interacting with Client for interview schedules and collecting feedback.
- Using internally Hire craft for Sourcing Resumes and for all status updates.
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and Temp/ Contingent Workforce placements with special emphasis on the information technology.
- Handling the complete recruitment cycle.
- Analyzing and discussing the requirements to understand the hiring needs.
- Hands on experience with job sites such as Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn, Hirist , indeed IIM Jobs, GIT Hub.
- Kept track of every candidate submitted and took updates on their status from the manager on daily basis.
- Helped candidates to prepare for In-person and Telephonic Interviews and kept them in loop with latest updates from the client.
