- Collaborating with executive leadership to define the organization's mission and goals and developing a comprehensive HR strategy.
- Providing guidance and leadership to the human resource management team and assist with resolution of human resource, compensation and benefits queries, concern and issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, safety and other laws, regulations and requirements.
- Vice President Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training development and compensation.
- Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the core leadership team.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and cultural differences.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and initiatives. Ability to navigate complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Drive HR initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
