The HR Tech Consultant will play a key role in managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform to support seamless HR operations. This role will focus on day-to-day system management as well as evolving the platform through process improvements, automation, and migration to advanced functionalities such as Onboarding 2.0. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner in implementing HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
CHALLENGE
SAP SuccessFactors Management :
Oversee daily operations of SAP SuccessFactors, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and managing integrations with other HR tools.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data, including new hires, updates, and payroll inputs across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
System Optimization and Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP SuccessFactors environment to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Lead the documentation of current processes and workflows to support system enhancements and future state planning.
Onboarding 2.0 Migration :
Drive the implementation and migration to Onboarding 2.0, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize onboarding workflows and align them with organizational needs.
HR Automation and Tool Integration :
Collaborate on automation initiatives, integrating SAP SuccessFactors with tools like Workato, UI Path, and other HR technologies to streamline operations.
Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow to ensure cohesive HRIS architecture.
Training and Support :
Provide training and technical support to HR teams, enabling them to effectively utilize SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide teams on best practices for leveraging HR technology.

Experience :
3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven experience with HR system optimizations, automation, and process improvement projects.
Technical Expertise :
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including employee data management, payroll, and onboarding.
Familiarity with HR automation tools like Workato or UI Path is a plus.
Working knowledge of other HR technologies such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is desirable.
