Unit HR Lead - Kolkata

A leading multinational organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Kolkata as Unit HR Lead.

Role Overview:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations and industrial relations at Kolkata manufacturing facility, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

- Design and implement lean organizational structures aligned with business objectives

- Create and execute capability development programs for diverse workforce segments

- Drive culture-building initiatives to enhance team engagement and motivation

Talent Management:

- Spearhead performance management processes and provide leadership coaching

- Develop comprehensive succession planning for critical positions

- Identify and bridge skill gaps through strategic workforce planning

- Design and implement talent retention strategies for key personnel

Industrial Relations:

- Manage employee relations and grievance resolution mechanisms

- Lead negotiations with various stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with labor laws while balancing organizational and employee interests

Required Qualifications:

- Post-graduate degree in HR/Industrial Relations 6-10 years of experience in manufacturing HR

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in change management and organizational development
