Role Overview:
The Senior Manager/Associate Director - HR will be the strategic partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in shaping the company's culture and driving team productivity. This role demands a hands-on HR expert with a strong work ethic, capable of steering the HR function with a consultative approach, aligning people practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance environment. You will directly influence the company's success by managing KPIs, enhancing team productivity, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Key Responsibilities: (6 Day Work Week- Work From Office):
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and high-performance culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and people challenges.
- Lead the execution of company-wide KPI management, driving accountability and performance at all levels.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational structures to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, identifying top-tier talent that aligns with our values and high standards.
- Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the company's dynamic environment.
- Design and implement career development frameworks, succession planning, and high-impact performance management systems.
- Lead employer branding efforts to position us as a top employer within the industry.
3. Employee Engagement & Development:
- Create programs to boost employee engagement, commitment, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage the performance review process, ensuring goal-setting and evaluations are consistent, transparent, and drive growth.
- Provide leadership and management coaching and support, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and processes that uphold legal compliance and best practices.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with tact and fairness, ensuring a consistent
approach to disciplinary and grievance matters.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on strategic HR leadership, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in HRBP, talent acquisition, people management, and developing high-performance cultures.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and drive people-related strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in technology-enabled startups/fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing techniques & leveraging AI.
- High degree of resilience, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, results-driven environment
