Job Summary:
- The - Vice President - HR Business Partner (VP HRBP)- will serve as a strategic leader driving HR initiatives aligned with the business objectives of a global BPM organization.
- This role will lead a team of Senior HRBP Managers to deliver scalable, innovative HR solutions that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will combine deep HR expertise with a strong business acumen to influence C-suite stakeholders and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with the executive leadership team to design and execute HR strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
- Translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives (e.g., talent acquisition, retention, leadership development).
- Drive organizational design and change management for mergers, acquisitions, or process optimization.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Senior HRBP Managers across geographies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the HRBP function.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deploy global HR programs (e.g., L&D, compensation, succession planning).
Talent Management:
- Oversee talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring alignment with future business needs.
- Design retention strategies to reduce attrition and build leadership benches for high-potential employees.
Employee Experience:
- Champion initiatives to enhance engagement, workplace culture, and employer branding.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor employee sentiment and drive data-backed interventions.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure HR processes (e.g., performance management, compliance, payroll) are streamlined and aligned with BPM workflows.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring adherence to labor laws across operational region.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 20-21+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 8-10 years in a senior HRBP role within large-scale organizations.
- Proven track record in the BPM/outsourcing industry or related sectors (ITeS, consulting, shared services).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives and market dynamics.
- BPHR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR practices in business process environments, including workforce scalability, productivity metrics, and cost optimization.
- Leadership: Strong people-management skills with experience leading senior HRBP teams in matrixed organizations.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing multi-geographical teams and culturally diverse workforces.
Education:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving digital HR transformation (e.g., AI-driven talent acquisition, automation in employee services).
- Familiarity with BPM or IT industry challenges.
- Track record of improving key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention rates, engagement scores).
