ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Modules (4-16 yrs)

Job Description :

- Experience in ServiceNow Scripting: Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Pages, UI Actions, Business Rules, Data Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Glide APIs, GlideAjax.

- Expertise in implementation of ITSM Modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog Management.

- Experience in ServiceNow customizations Workflows, SLAs, Approvals.

- Experience on end-to-end deployment of Update sets from DEV to PROD.

- Experience on ServiceNow instance upgrade and cloning activities.

- Experience working on Emails & Notifications, Event Management, CSM, Service portal, CMDB, Inbound Actions, Scheduled Jobs.

- Experience with Service Portal and portal components, Custom Widgets, Virtual Agent, and Guided Tours.

- Experience on ServiceNow Administration: BAU Tickets, Reports & Dashboards, Database Views, Import Set, Transform Map

- Experience in any additional Modules will added advantage.

- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology

- Experience and understanding of Key Integrations

- Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB.
